Some Blog Stats

I should be ashamed to admit this, and it could be the accountant in me, but I like stats, figures and lists.

Here are some interesting stats of the hits on our blog.  I started it at the end of April 2010 and we now have 40 followers – far less than on Twitter:

I would love to know what has made the average number of views per day jump from June 2011, averaging 37 hits per day to 62 and above.  Could it have been that we were invited by our friends at Bradburys to take a stand at Nantwich in July?
Could it have been the awards we won at the Great Yorkshire Show and the Great Taste Awards?  This was also in July.  Whatever it was, it has to be a good thing as would like more people to be aware of us, Ribblesdale Cheese and the cheeses that we make….and try some!
Our busiest day was July 18th with 160 hits in the one day.
Lydia puts us on Twitter where we have 92 followers and also runs our Facebook account where we have 157 friends.
