Bruschetta with Goat Curd, figs, honey and thyme

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of Bruschetta
  • 4 Figs
  • 125g Fresh goat’s curd
  • 1 tbsp thyme
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Honey

Method

  • In a bowl combine the goat curd, olive oil and fresh thyme using a fork.
  • Slice the bruschetta into 1.5cm slices (optionally you can toast these)
  • Slice your figs into thin slices.
  • To combine take your slices of bruschetta and generously cover them in the goat curd, place the slices of figs on top. Sprinkle over the remaining thyme and drizzle in honey.
