Bruschetta with Goat Curd, figs, honey and thyme

Ingredients
- 4 slices of Bruschetta
- 4 Figs
- 125g Fresh goat’s curd
- 1 tbsp thyme
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Honey
Method
- In a bowl combine the goat curd, olive oil and fresh thyme using a fork.
- Slice the bruschetta into 1.5cm slices (optionally you can toast these)
- Slice your figs into thin slices.
- To combine take your slices of bruschetta and generously cover them in the goat curd, place the slices of figs on top. Sprinkle over the remaining thyme and drizzle in honey.
